The Poesy Is My Viand

Abrasion of trumperies shan’t faze thyself

Divers emetic and infernal tunes have naught to espy.

It must not be commixed with intact sounds!

Ado befalls on thee.

Perchance one may be retentive and reticent-------------------

------in the boscage, besotted together with the medicine man.

Adjourn, if one must. The truism of thoroughfare enumerates.

Spake with alacrity and without errs.

Once again one was fulfilled with delirium of joy.

GEISHA SHOES

One of our guest we recently met, knew how to enjoy the rainy day.

Unfortunately, it raine
d while he stay in kyoto so he made himself to enjoy this raining! Yes, he is the positive one...><

Japanese traditional sandal is made with wood and has fabric thong. The thong should be between thumb and forefinger. They are usually worn with the traditional Japanese clothing. (KIMONO or YUKATA) and this is good to keep the feed dry.

Maiko(the young geisha) are always walking with high GETA and I heard bells are in side to proof that they are beginners.

Here is the picture of POP-STAR Lady gaga shoes looks like“GEISHA SHOES (GETA)”!!

Trip to TORONTO

I had a long holiday at the beginning of this month.

I've always wanted to go back to Toronto,
and I finally made it!!

Last time I was there was about 4 years ago.
So it's been a while.

Of course I'm interested in other countries but
I always miss the place where I used to live.

I missed where I used to work

I missed this weired shaped museum

I missed this Queen Street where I often went shopping

I missed the beautiful Harbor front area

I missed having lunch at the patio

I missed these squirrels running around everywhere

and one miracle shot

But I still miss a lot of things there!
I'm sure gonna go back there again in the future!

I wanna thank all my colleagues for letting me
take a long vacation.

Thank you!!

Vegan Cafe Hiroshima!

I really wanted to go to this place!!
♪Vegan cafe ♪

I went there with Kumi the other day.
My dream has come true finally.
Kumi had a Bibimbap lunch plate, I had a cream pasta lunch plate :)

I was so surprised with the taste of pasta!
It tasted real cream pasta but it is vegetarian pasta, so they use soy milk.

For bibimbap, they use lots kinds of mushrooms and the rice was brown rice.
I did not think they are vegetarian dishes because of the taste and texture.
Oh, I loved it!!

And one more thing, I liked their cakes!!
It was very different to normal cake (sponge with whip cream).
I could taste soy milk and pure fruits.
I like both kind of cakes, but I feel better when I think of less calories !
It means I will be able to eat more cakes :) ...

I will go back there again to have another dishes and cakes.
Who would like to come with me??

Hana Ride to Sera Town

On 4th of May, I took a ride to "KAMU-no-SATO" seeing "Shibazakura" in Sera Town which is 50km away from Hiroshima downtown.

Heading North on national route 54 for about an hour.
And changed my route to 52→37→52 again→375→56 and finally 45.

What is "shibazakura" in English?
As I searched... "Phlox Subulata" in English... who knows?
shiba→lawn
zakura=sakura→cherry blossom

seems like cherry blossom on the ground:)
hard for me to explain. "Un bon croquis vaut mieux qu'un long discours"

About 800,000 of "Phlox Subulata". I was checking their bloom forecast everyday to visit on "the best day". 4th of May was the day! lots of ppl though... it needed to be my day off and sunny weather too..yea it was a perfect day.

It took me just an hour and half to get there. However on the way back I got lost and took about 3 hours to go home since my cell phone ran out of battery and couldn't check my route. took really long time to find the sign says "HIROSHIMA".

other than "shibazakura", Sera town has some flower parks like tulip, lily, lavender etc...

I had really relaxing time in Sera town.
