Tortilla Form Our Guests

Hello this is Kyoto Hana hostel which have many guests from Spain these days.

We got a Spanish couple who were on honeymoon last week.
They made tortilla in Hana kitchen and gave some to me.
It looked and tasted totally deffarent as I thougt but it was so delicious.
The couple put a lot of potato and egg in it and it liked big omelette.
It is Spanish style tortilla (not South American style) as they said.

The couple can speak just a little English but we had a communication with a little English and a little Spanish and a help with Kimmy(J-stay staff) who speaks Spanish.
They gave me the recipe whih is written in Spanish.
I will make that by myself with Kimmy's help.
I need to get a lot of potato and egg for that!
